Awesome personnel at reception. I have had multiple flight delays and a buggy credit card that wouldn't work right and they responded promptly and fixed everything. Very good people work here. Location was comfortable, room was clean. Also it's just a very pretty, well maintained building with stylish interior

Very beautifull and modern room. It was superclean and they offered everything we needed regarding toilettries in the bathroom. The personnel was very helpfull and kind. We had some issues with the cards we were using for entering the room and they always helped.

quiet location easy parking (free) fast check in process Close to a great Carrefour and few cafeterias around. This is not a typical barrio in Spain, but rather a residencial area super quite, almost no car trafic, so you can rest after a long strolling day. there are few options around to grab a coffee and also a non-vegan restaurant called EL Vegano de Madrid :)

Our stay was short but visited Madrid for a day which was most enjoyable! As I am a wheelchair user our room was ground floor with disabled facilities. All very convenient for me with the extra addition of a stool by the basin as well as the sit down feature in the shower. Very helpful. Thank you! The staff were very friendly and helpful too. The meal we had in the evening was superb!

Very nice property in a very calm neighborhood. We have enjoyed our short stay there as the staff were very friendly, the rooms have all what you need and there is a very nice outdoor area to enjoy the summer nights. Its next to the bus station, you can get to the city center in no time.

I had a fantastic stay at Zenit conde de Orgaz hotel. Its location near a metro station was incredibly convenient for accessing both the airport and the city center. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Great location (around 300m from Esperanza metro station), very silent resident area, symphatic staff, perfect meal. Having a room in 5th floor, we had a nice view of the city. Good choice for those coming for few days to visit Real Madrid game, hotel is just around only 6 metro stations from Santiago Bernabeu.

Well designed modern hotel, rather small one. You will find here all you expect to find in business style 4 stars hotel - reception with smiling personal, rooms with clear design and set of necessary amenities, good beds, minibar. We were looking for cheap 1 night stay for 3 persons and actually were ready for the "hostal" type of accomodation. For the price we paid - the hotel excedeed our expectations! 5 mins walk to underground, metro Chamartin. I mean real 5 minutes walk, we've checked :))) We haven't had breakfast, but it looked like any other in business hotels - furshet tea, cofee, choise of cheese and cold meats, toasts, eggs, granola etc.
